Maharashtra: Arvind Sawant on Shayna NC: As the polling date is approaching, campaign meetings have started. Candidates are going door-to-door to campaign. Star campaigners are visiting the constituencies of the candidates and interacting with voters. Meanwhile, a round of allegations and counter-allegations is also going on while reacting to the media. In this, Arvind Sawant is criticizing Shayna NC and claiming that she used abusive language. Arvind Sawant has now reacted to this.

Congress’s Amin Patel has been made the candidate from Mumbadevi constituency. Arvind Sawant went to his constituency on October 29 to campaign for him. Shayna NC earlier wanted to contest from Worli assembly constituency. But, she was made the candidate from Mumbadevi constituency. Talking about this, Arvind Sawant said, “Look at her condition. She was in BJP all her life and now joined Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde). But imported goods do not work here. We bring genuine goods here.” She objected to the word ‘maal’ used by Arvind Sawant and criticised him. She said, “This shows the ideology of his party. They call a woman maal. I want to ask him if every woman is Mumba Devi’s maal? They have won in 2019, 2014 by taking Modi’s name. They started from there. Today in the 2024 elections, they call me maal. This makes their state of mind clear. Why is their party leadership silent? Uddhav Thackeray, Sharad Pawar, Nana Patole should speak now.”
