President’s special plane landing in Raipur, video

Raipur. President Draupadi Murmu reached Raipur today on a two-day visit to Chhattisgarh. Governor Deka gave her a warm welcome by presenting a bouquet of flowers and making her wear the state scarf of Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai also welcomed her. She was given a guard of honor at Swami Vivekanand Airport Raipur. Senior administrative officers including public representatives were present on this occasion.

President Draupadi Murmu will inaugurate the Sarguja block in Purkhauti Muktangan complex located in Nava Raipur and will release the amount of the 9th installment to 70 lakh women under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana of the Chhattisgarh government and will discuss with the beneficiaries of this scheme.

President Draupadi Murmu will visit Lord Jagannath at the Jagannath Temple in Raipur tomorrow on October 26 and will also attend the convocation of IIT Bhilai and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Science and AYUSH University Nava Raipur.
