This SUV has got a full 5-star rating for the safety of adults and children. On October 15, India NCAP published the crash test results.

According to the test conducted by India NCAP, it got 43.66 out of 49 points in child safety. In a test with 18-month-old children, it got 7.07 out of 8 points in the front test and four out of four in the side test. According to the three-year-olds, the SUV scored 7.59 out of eight in the front test and four out of four in the side test.

According to the test conducted by India NCAP, it scored 29.50 out of 32 for adult safety and 14.85 out of 16 in the forward displacement deformable barrier test, side displacement deformable barrier test and side bar test. Glasses were injured.

The company offers many great safety features in the SUV. There are six airbags as standard. For safety, safety features like i-TPMS, traction control, three-point seat belts, seat belt reminder, 360 degree camera, rear parking sensor, heated rear window, ISOFIX child lock, immobilizer, hill start assist, hill descent control, EPB, ABS, EBD, ADAS Level 2 were provided.

The ex-showroom price of Tata Curvv ICE from Tata starts at Rs 9.99 lakh. The Smart variant was launched at this price. The ex-showroom starting price of the Hyperion engine has been kept at Rs 13.99 lakh, while the starting price of the diesel variant has been kept at Rs 11.49 lakh. The ex-showroom price of the top variant of the SUV has been fixed at Rs 17.69 lakh. These prices are indicative only and Curv is available at this price till October 31, 2024.

In the market, Tata Curvv ICE will compete directly with mid-size SUVs like Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Highrider, Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta and Citroen Basalt.

Before testing Tata Curv, Citroen Basalt was also crash tested by India NCAP. Citroen Basalt got four stars in the crash test conducted some time ago.
