Bajaj’s new Pulsar N125 will be launched tomorrow
Business Business: Bajaj Auto will launch a new model of its bestselling Pulsar Pulsar N125 tomorrow i.e. today. October 17. Earlier it was reported that it would be launched on October 16. However, the company has now announced the new date as October 17. The invitation that the company had sent earlier had “All New Pulsar” written on it. The company has not mentioned the model in the invitation, but it is believed that it is the Pulsar N125.
This new motorcycle of Bajaj has been seen several times during testing. The company’s launch invitation states that the upcoming Pulsar will be “fun, agile and urban”. The word ‘urban’ means that the new Pulsar N125 can be a premium car with a sporty and youthful design. Spy shots show that the bike will have a muscular expansion tank, split seat and two-piece grab handle. It will also feature LED headlights.
The new Pulsar N125 is powered by the same 125cc single-cylinder engine as the current Pulsar 125. However, modifications can be made to the engine to give the bike a sporty character. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The Bajaj Pulsar N125 will compete with the TVS Raider 125 and Hero Extreme 125R. The ex-showroom price of this motorcycle can be from Rs 90,000 to Rs 1 lakh.
Braking equipment may include disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. It is believed that Bajaj can offer the option of rear disc brakes with single-channel ABS in it. Suspension options include telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock absorber at the rear. Talking about the features, it has a digital console with smartphone connectivity.
