Baba Siddiqui murder: Police has arrested two suspected accused so far

Maharashtra: NCP (Ajit Pawar) Baba Siddiqui was murdered on October 12, Saturday night at around 9.30 pm. Zeeshan Siddiqui was shot outside his office. He died before being taken to the hospital. Meanwhile, the suspected accused arrested in this case are now being intensively interrogated. Many shocking revelations are being made from this investigation. ANI has given a report in this regard. The police have so far arrested two suspected accused. The court has sent them to police custody till October 21. The Mumbai Crime Branch is interrogating them. Many types of information are coming out from the accused from this interrogation.

According to the information given by the suspected accused, there was a conspiracy to kill Zeeshan Siddiqui along with Baba Siddiqui. Both the suspected accused were given a contract to kill. The suspected accused told the police that orders were given to shoot at whoever is seen. Also, Zeeshan Siddiqui and Baba Siddiqui were threatened a few days ago. Crime Branch DCP Datta Nalawade said on Sunday that the police have recovered two pistols and 28 live rounds from the accused. Lawrence Bishnoi’s alleged involvement in the murder is being investigated.

Baba Siddiqui did not have classified security, but he was given 3 security personnel by the Mumbai Police. One of our security personnel was with him at the time of the incident. We are investigating the case from all angles along with Salman Khan. Lawrence Bishnoi’s references are also being investigated. ” He said. The Mumbai Crime Branch has recovered two pistols from both the accused. The attackers had come with pepper spray, first the attackers were about to spray pepper spray and then shoot, but the third accused Shivkumar Gautam started firing directly. Baba Siddiqui was also accompanied by three constables. But they could not do anything, and in the firing another person got injured.” A case was registered at the Nirmal Nagar police station under sections 103(1), 109, 125 and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code (BNS) and sections 3, 25, 5 and 27 of the Arms Act, police said.
