After the attack, the nephew also set fire to the uncle’s house. The case is of Rambhantha of Kotwali police station area. The victim Arun Nishad (38), who lives in Rambhantha, has come to the Kotwali police station and lodged a complaint. He told that he had gone to the house of his elder brother Surendra Nishad at 9 pm to resolve the dispute, where he was beaten up.

The victim told that Surendra Nishad and his son Aman Nishad were fighting under the influence of alcohol. He reached there. He started stopping nephew Aman from fighting. Aman Nishad hit him on the head with a brick. He suffered minor injuries. When he went to the police station to register a report, nephew Aman set fire to his house. After the fire broke out, the people around immediately informed the fire brigade. In such a situation, the fire brigade and police personnel reached the spot. The fire was brought under control in about half an hour after trying to extinguish it. Goods worth about 50 thousand including coolers, fans, TV, beds, clothes were burnt in the fire.

In the case, the Kotwali police said that a crime under section 326 (G) BNS has been registered against the accused. The accused has absconded after committing the crime, he is being traced. The accused will be arrested soon.
