Punjab: One tree in the name of mother campaign concludes
Punjab: “Ek Ped, Maa Ke Naam” campaign concluded with plantation of saplings by District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Avtar Singh at Fazilka District Court Complex today. District & Sessions Judge said that saplings have been planted to make people aware about environmental conservation. He said that man is a part of the environment and humanity is not possible without nature. We should plant as many trees as possible to get relief from the scorching heat. Pollution is spreading rapidly all over the world including India.
Additional District & Sessions Judge Darbari Lal, Additional District & Sessions Judge Ajit Pal Singh, Additional District & Sessions Judge Amanpreet Singh, Civil Judge Amandeep Kaur, Chief Judicial Magistrate & Secretary District Legal Services Authority Ruchi Swapan Sharma, Chief Judicial Magistrate Hem Amrit Mahi, Civil Judge Sandeep Kaur and Civil Judge Parveen Singh were also present on the occasion.
