Demand to arrest Rahul Gandhi, FIR lodged in Bilaspur after Raipur

Raipur/Bilaspur. The process of filing FIRs against the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has started. After the FIR lodged in the capital Raipur on Thursday, now an FIR has been lodged against Rahul Gandhi in Bilaspur as well. Apart from this, complaints have been lodged in all the five divisions of the state. Let us tell you that recently during his visit to America, Rahul Gandhi had given a statement about the Sikh community, after which politics has heated up across the country after Rahul’s statement and complaints are being lodged continuously.

BJP councilors lodged a complaint in Bilaspur’s Civil Lines police station regarding the statements made by Rahul Gandhi during his visit to America. An FIR has been lodged against Rahul Gandhi under sections 299 and 302 for hurting the religious sentiments of the people.

In the complaint, BJP councillors have said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, during his US visit, has hurt the sentiments of the Sikh community by making indecent and irrelevant comments on the turban and Kada, the religious symbols of the Sikh community, and has hurt the Indian democracy, the all-inclusive and all-encompassing constitutional system of India. This act of Rahul Gandhi also proves a well-planned political conspiracy to humiliate the Sikh community on the world stage and present India’s image in a wrong way by spoiling the image of India’s religious harmony. An FIR should be lodged in the matter and necessary legal action should be taken.
