Boating facility will soon be available in Balsamund pond to woo tourists

In order to woo tourists and provide more facilities to the common man, approval has been given to the action plan to start boating and other water sports activities in the famous Balasamund pond of Palari. For which about 36 lakh rupees and about 30 lakh rupees have been approved for other development works including beautification on a large scale around the temple. To take stock of the works, Collector Rajat Bansal reached Balasamund pond and inspected the identified workplaces and gave instructions to improve some works. Along with this, he has given instructions to the officers to do the deepening work being done by the Nagar Panchayat ahead of time.

Along with this, a lack of an auditorium was being felt in the district office for a long time, for which Collector Bansal has sanctioned Rs 30 lakh from the District Mineral Trust and Rs 20 lakh for streamlining Konching in the old district office. . Along with widening the access road to the temple, instructions have been given to the officials of the concerned departments to install large spot lights and iconic LED mono lights of the district in the garden.

He offered prayers and wished for happiness, prosperity and peace for the residents of the district. Maharaj, present on the occasion, gave detailed information about the history of the temple and Bal Samund Talab. Praising the said site, Collector Bansal told the need to prepare a detailed action plan. Tehsildar Saurabh Chaurasia, district CEO Rohit Nayak, CMO Lavkesh Sahu and officers and employees of other departments were present during the inspection.
