Gaza: Brokered talks on a Gaza ceasefire and prisoner-release agreement have now begun in Doha, Reuters reported, citing an official with knowledge of the talks. As we reported earlier, officials from Qatar, Egypt, the US and Israel are taking part in the talks. Whether Hamas is directly participating is not yet clear.
