Raipur. The person who created a fake Facebook ID in the name of the Chief Minister has been arrested from Alwar. Manoj Kumar Sahu lodged a report in Civil Line Police Station that an unknown person is misusing the name and photo of the Honorable Chief Minister (Chhattisgarh) and creating a fake ID on Facebook and operating it with the aim of tarnishing his image. On the basis of the applicant’s report, a case was registered against the unknown accused in Civil Line Police Station under the sections of IPC and IT Act and investigation was taken up.

Taking the case seriously, Senior Superintendent of Police Dr. Santosh Kumar Singh directed Additional Superintendent of Police City Lakhan Patle, Additional Superintendent of Police Crime Sandeep Mittal, City Superintendent of Police Civil Line Mr. Anurag Jha (A.P.A.), Deputy Superintendent of Police Crime Mr. Sanjay Singh, Police Station In-charge Civil Line and In-charge Anti Crime and Cyber ​​Unit to trace the unknown accused and arrest him as soon as possible.

On which, under the guidance of senior officers, a joint team of Anti Crime and Cyber ​​Unit and Police Station Civil Line Police started to trace the unknown accused. The team members did technical analysis of the said fake ID and succeeded in identifying the unknown accused and the unknown accused was located in Alwar, Rajasthan. Under the guidance of senior officers, a special team was formed and the team was sent to Alwar, Rajasthan. The team members reached Alwar and traced the accused and arrested the accused moneylender Khan in the case. On strict interrogation based on the evidence obtained, the accused told that he had committed the above incident. The accused Sahukaar Khan was arrested and 01 mobile phone used in the incident was seized from his possession and action was taken against the accused.

The residents of the area of ​​Alwar where the police team conducted the raid, misuse the photos and names of any prominent/important person and create fake IDs on Facebook and commit such incidents. In this regard, many crimes are registered in Rajasthan also, such other persons are also being nabbed by Raipur Police.
