9 ACB officers raided the official residence of the excise officer

Korba. Anti Corruption Bureau has raided the house of Excise Department Assistant Commissioner Saurabh Bakshi. 9 members in two vehicles reached the official house of the Assistant Commissioner early in the morning. The team is examining all the documents inside the house. Police personnel have been deployed outside the house. Civil Line police station and Kotwali police station have also been deployed on the spot.
Let us inform that ACB-EOW raided Bhatia Distillery in Sargaon, Bilaspur and Welcome Distillery in Kota at 6 am yesterday. Here, investigation is going on at the locations of retired IAS including Kedia Distillery in Kumhari Durg, Anwar Dhebar in Raipur, former Chief Secretary Vivek Dhand. The names of all these are also in the charge sheet of ED. EOW had conducted a thorough review of the FIR with legal information 2 days ago.
Sources say that the former IAS officers and businessmen who were made accused in the liquor case were already aware of the raid. ACB had registered an FIR two weeks ago. Since then the accused had become alert. After this, ACB demanded a warrant in the special court on 24 February. High profile people were also aware of this.
