6 Naxalites arrested, force got big success in Kanker

Kanker. Six alleged Maoists have been arrested from Kanker district. These people used to put up posters and banners in favor of the banned organization so that people could be influenced.

A police officer said on Wednesday that based on intelligence, a police squad caught them on Tuesday near Navgaon under Antgarh police station area when they were going from Amagaon to Antgarh town. The officer said three pro-Maoist banners, 50 pamphlets and three motorcycles were seized from the accused. He said that during interrogation, all the six accused have admitted to having links with the banned Maoist organization.
