5 goons arrested, used to work for CG’s land mafia

Surguja. Police has succeeded in catching the gang that used to vacate land in Ambikapur. In Ambikapur, henchmen from Haryana used to vacate land. After the bike robbery in Sitapur area, 5 accused of the gang have been arrested.

Amolak Singh Dhillon, Additional Superintendent of Police, Surguja, while revealing the case, said that this gang had planned to work for land mafias in Ambikapur. The gang has been caught after the bike robbery in Sitapur area. The gang had looted the bike of contractor Manish Agarwal’s employee. Five people have been arrested on the basis of CCTV footage.

All the accused are residents of Rohtak Haryana. The accused had fled after the bike robbery. On the basis of CCTV footage, all five accused have been arrested from Subhashnagar in Gandhinagar area. A gun, stick, Scorpio and bike have been seized from the gang. The Scorpio had Haryana number, so bikes with CG number were looted, so that people do not get suspicious of people roaming around on bikes with local number.
