4 people injured due to collapse of Puja pandal, two in critical condition
Durg. The pandal erected for worship in front of Ganesh temple in Sector 5 of Bhilai suddenly collapsed. Four people, including a woman and an elderly man passing by, were seriously injured. All have been referred to the district hospital.
According to the information, there is a Shri Siddhi Vinayak temple in Sector 5. That temple has been renovated. On this occasion, the temple committee had organized the Shri Siddhi Vinayak Temple Sector 5 Bhilai Restoration Swarnabandhan Mahakumbhabhishek program from 26 January to 3 February.
The program ended on February 3, but the tent owner did not remove the tent on the road on time. On Wednesday, the tent house operator was opening the tent with his employees. During this time, he did not block the road and people also kept coming and going from there.
