4 died due to boat capsize, many missing, creepy video surfaced

A boat carrying around 40 people capsized.
Ballia (IANS) | A boat carrying around 40 people capsized in Tamsa river in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia district on Monday. At least four people died in this and about two dozen people are feared missing. So far the bodies of four women have been retrieved.
According to reports, the boat capsized due to overloading. Sources said people were on their way to a local fair when the accident happened. Rescue work is on with the help of local boatmen.
