3 years imprisonment to the accused in unnatural sex case, District Court’s decision

Sukma. A truck driver in the district has had unnatural sex with a minor boy. After complaining about the matter, the police registered an FIR. The matter reached the court, now the FTC court of Dantewada has sentenced the accused truck driver from Punjab to 3 years in jail. Actually, on July 23, 2021, a minor boy from Dornapal area of Sukma district was standing on the roadside. Meanwhile, a truck came and stopped near the minor. The driver asked the minor if he wanted to go somewhere? After which the minor told about going to his aunt’s house located at some distance.

After which the truck driver made the minor sit in the truck. Took him some distance. Then abused him. Intimidated and threatened. After which he had unnatural sex with the minor. After the incident, he was left in the middle of the road. Then the minor reached his home and informed his family about this.
