3 year old innocent child got lost, Dial 112 promptly found her
Raigarh. In the morning, vegetable vendors found a three-year-old girl crying in front of Boiradadar Stadium, Chakradharnagar. The vegetable vendors immediately informed Dial 112 and Chakradharnagar police station in-charge. On receiving the information, police station in-charge inspector Prashant Rao instructed Dial 112 staff constable Shanti Kumar Miri to find out the girl’s condition.
The Dial 112 team reached the spot and talked to the girl, where the girl told her name ‘Nabbu’ and father’s name ‘Rajkumar’ in a stammering voice, but could not tell the address of the house. Local vegetable vendors told that they had been looking for the girl for the last two hours, but no one had come to look for her. The police showed promptness and took the girl in their lap and tried to find out the relatives from the nearby shopkeepers and local residents. After a lot of searching, a young man near Tilak School recognized the girl and said that she was a resident of Sanjay Nagar. After reaching Sanjay Nagar, the girl pointed towards her house, after which the policemen took her to her house. There, the girl’s elder mother told that the girl’s parents used to leave her with them before going to work in the morning. Probably today the girl followed them and lost her way after reaching Boirdadar.
With the promptness of the police, the girl was handed over safely to the family, for which the family thanked the policemen. Due to the seriousness of the station in-charge inspector Prashant Rao and the prompt action of the Dial 112 staff, this case was successfully resolved. Especially Dial 112 constable Shanti Miri, ERV driver Ashok Bareth, and local youth Rishabh Tirki played an important role in this work. Due to the collective efforts of all these, the girl could be safely delivered to her family.
