3 students of Kalinga University drowned in Mandir Hasaud lake, bodies of 2 found

Raipur. Three students drowned in Khuteri Lake of the capital’s temple Hassaud. Two students have died in this incident, while the body of one student has still not been recovered. According to the information, the two students whose bodies have been recovered include Sudhanshu Jaiswal and Aditya Verma. The body of a student Aditya Jha has not been found yet. All three students are said to be students of Kalinga University.

According to the information received about the incident, Aditya Kumar Verma, Sudhanshu Jaiswal and Aditya Jha, studying in Kalinga University, had gone to Khuteri Dam located in Mandir Hasaud area late on Thursday evening. All three were taking selfies. Meanwhile, all three of them fell into the water after their feet slipped. Police and SDRF team arrived as soon as information about the incident was received.

The bodies of Aditya Kumar Verma and Sudhanshu Jaiswal have been recovered by the police. The search for Aditya Jha is going on. On Thursday, three college students drowned in Khuteri reservoir of Naya Raipur. The bodies of two of these people have been recovered. The search for the third youth is ongoing. It is being told that this accident happened due to saving each other. The matter is of Mandir Hasaud police station area.

According to the information, these students had come down to take bath in the reservoir. During this time a student started drowning in deep water. So another student went to save him but he could not save him and he himself started drowning. After this the third student tried to save him. So he also drowned in water. Some people passing near Khuteri reservoir saw these students drowning. After this they moved forward to save him but by then it was too late. He died due to drowning in deep water. After which people informed the Mandir Hasaud police station.

Members of the patrolling team of Mandir Hassaud police searched the youth. When his body was not found, the NDRF team was called. The NDRF team has rescued the bodies of two people from the reservoir. The body of the third student has not been found yet. According to the police, all three students are from Kalinga University, Naya Raipur. Who had come to visit the reservoir. The bodies of these boys, Aditya Kumar Verma and Sudhanshu have been recovered. The third youth is Aditya Jha. Whose body has not been found yet. Mandir Hasaud police have established a route and are investigating and taking Panchnama action.
