3 notorious criminals arrested for rape and extortion
Bina. Bina. Police has arrested the accused of different incidents, which include rape, extortion and illegal liquor selling. A team was formed under the direction of ASP Dr. Sanjeev Uike, SDOP Nitesh Patel to arrest the accused who committed different incidents. After this, the team arrested the accused. According to the information, on October 27, an accused entered the house of a woman and committed rape. Police registered a case against the accused under section 332 (b), 64 (1), 351 (3) BNS and SCST Act and arrested the accused and presented him in the court, from where he was sent to jail.
On the other hand, on November 14, Akshay Dhanak, Ghansu Dhanak, Saurabh Dhanak, along with Prince father Kamta Prasad Ahirwar resident Ganesh Ward, had asked for money for drinking alcohol and on refusal, the accused beat him up and threatened to kill him. Police registered a case against the accused under sections 296, 119(1), 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) BNS and the accused were arrested and presented in the court and sent to jail. On Friday, the police received information that a person was carrying liquor illegally. The police immediately reached the spot and arrested Ikwal Singh father Harbhajan Singh Kohli (41) resident Ganesh Ward with 98 quarters of country liquor worth Rs. 9,300 and took action under the Excise Act.
