3 accused including mastermind of Labhandi shooting arrested

Raipur. Three inter-state accused, including the mastermind, have been arrested in the case of deadly attack by firing a pistol in Telibandha area. The officer disclosed that information was received that a person had fired a pistol at someone in front of Labhandi Mode under Telibandha police station area. After making detailed inquiries about the incident with injured Sandeep Jain and the nearby people, they started investigation keeping in mind every aspect. On interrogating the arrested accused Aman Sharma, he was told that he had fired at Sandeep Jain at the behest of Santosh Singh and Sunil Kedia, on which both the accused were brought to the police station and strictly interrogated, on which the accused accepted their involvement in the incident. . Sunil Kedia was friends with a girl resident of Delhi who was bought a flat in Dwarka, Delhi by Sunil Kedia. During this time, Sunil Kedia came to know that the girl was already friends with a person named Sandeep Jain, a resident of Raipur, about whom Sunil Kedia was angry and he used to have fights with the girl every day. Once, when Sunil Kedia had a big fight with a girl, Sunil Kedia threw the girl out of the flat and sold the flat to some other person. Sunil Kedia’s mobile number was blocked by the girl due to which he remained very upset and tried to talk to the girl by calling from other mobile numbers. During this time, the girl used to talk to Sandeep Jain continuously. This fact displeased Sunil Kedia and he was very angry, due to which Sunil Kedia hatched a conspiracy to murder Sandeep Jain and in his conspiracy, Santosh Singh, who worked with him, Involving him and asked him to pay a huge amount after killing Sandeep Jain, that on the advice of accused Sunil Kedia, Santosh Singh had asked Aman Sharma, resident of Sundergarh, Orissa, to murder Sandeep Jain, resident of Raipur, on which accused Aman Sharma had confessed to the incident.
