22 players of the district won bronze medal in National Taekwondo Competition held in Delhi

Narayanpur. On the last day, 22 players from Abujhmad area of the district participated in the national level Taekwondo sports competition at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium under Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and all of them brought laurels to the district by winning bronze medal in this competition. In this sequence, today the team of these bronze medal winning players and the sports in-charge met Collector Ajit Vasant at the district office. During this, the Collector felicitated the players and congratulated them.

Players Vishal, Anjali, Sombati Soumya, Aparna, Suman, Divya, Mangaya, Riya, Sarita, Shreya, Dhaneshwari, Kalpana Bhowmik, Dhairya, Gassuram, Dinuram, Prithvi, Nazar, Ujagar, Urmila, Seema and referee R Balram Puri graced the occasion. Including District Education Officer R Jha, Secretary District Narayanpur Kick Boxing Association Swaroop Hari, were present.
