22 laborers injured, 2 seriously after tractor trolley overturns

Dantewada. 22 laborers traveling in it fell on the road after a tractor trolley overturned on Bade Karka road near Geedam police station of the area. Two of these laborers were seriously injured and were referred to Jagdalpur Medical College. The remaining injured are being treated at Dantewada District Hospital and Gidama Community Health Centre. Geedam police station in-charge Dhananjay Sinha said that 22 people were injured when the tractor trolley overturned and were taken to the hospital. A criminal case has been opened in the incident and investigation is underway.

According to the information received, road construction work is going on towards Bade Karka village, where this morning the residents of Chhindnar and Kasoli villages came to work in tractor trolleys. Meanwhile, the tractor-trailer went out of control and overturned. 22 employees, including several women in the car, were injured as a result of the accident. Subsequently, villagers present in the same area informed the matter to Gidam police station and ambulance. Soldiers and ambulances arrived at the scene and the injured were first taken to Geidama Community Health Centre. Subsequently, some of them were referred to Dantewada District Hospital. Two seriously injured laborers were referred to Jagdalpur Medical College.
