22 compassionately appointed employees were given the first training

Bhilainagar. 22 new employees have been given compassionate appointment in Nagar Palika Nigam Bhilai. These are the employees whose father/mother or relatives were regular employees in Bhilai Nigam. For the maintenance of their families, Chhattisgarh Government has approved to provide compassionate appointment to the dependents of those employees. Hon’ble Chief Minister gave them the appointment letter with his own hands. Presently, keeping in view the requirement of employees, they will be posted in various departments. Today, Establishment Superintendent Rita Chaturvedi took all the employees to the departments and introduced them to everyone.
On the instructions of Commissioner Rajiv Kumar Pandey, the concerned employees are being given departmental training first. So that they can know what work is done in Nagar Nigam Bhilai. Which departments are there, how the responsibilities are discharged. This will increase their morale towards work, the reality will be known. Earlier, there was a tradition of posting employees appointed on compassionate appointment directly in departments. Department related information was available in the department itself. Due to this, they were unaware of other departments. Now they are being provided by departmental officers related to property tax, revenue, general administration, health, data center, accounts department, zone office, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, counter, public service guarantee etc.
Mayor Neeraj Pal has called it a good initiative, the working system of the Municipal Corporation is very big. Here, there is a need for work from birth to death. Whoever lives in the corporation area has to work with the corporation. Citizens will also benefit from this, employees will be able to perform the work with ease and experience.
