2025 Tata Altroz facelift launched in India, Base variant costs Rs 6.89 lakh
Tata Motors has launched the facelift model of Tata Altroz in India and the premium hatchback costs Rs 6.89 lakh for the base variant. 2025 Tata Altroz facelift launch price (base model) is Rs 24,000 more as compared to the older generation model. The top variant costs Rs 11.49 lakh. The bookings of the hatchback will begin on June 2, 2025.

Engine specifications
The Tata Altroz facelift is offered in petrol, diesel and CNG engine options. The engine options are same when compared to the older model. There is a 1.2-litre petrol engine with a manual and 6-speed DCT option. It offers an output of 88hp. The 1.2-litre petrol engine with CNG offers an output of 74hp. There is an option for 5-speed AMT option in the 1.2-litre petrol engine.
In terms of diesel, the Tata Altroz facelift gets a 1.5-litre diesel engine with manual transmission. The output is 90hp. There is no confirmation over the availability of Racer variant in the Altroz facelift. The racer variant offers 1.2-litre petrol engine with an output of 120hp.
Design
The hatchback offers some significant upgrades when compared to the older model. The highlights include new LED headlights with refreshed DRL. There are new grille and bumpers along with new design for the alloy wheels. In terms of size, the wheels are 16-inchws. There is T-shaped LED tail-lamps that are connected by an LED light bar. The colour options are Dune Glow, Ember Glow, Pristine White, Pure Grey and Royal Blue.
Interior
The Altroz facelift gets an interior that will remind of Nexon and Curvv SUVs. The steering wheel is 2 spoke while the digital instrument cluster is 10.25 inch. Some variants get sunroof, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment with support for wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, AC vents and a USB charger at the rear, an 8-speaker Harman audio system, height adjustable seat belt, 360-degree camera and much more. Safety features like 6 airbags and ESP are offered as standard across Altroz range. Older gen Altroz scored a 5-star Global NCAP safety rating.
