2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z launched in India, offer more power along with better handling

Bajaj Auto has finally updated the Pulsar NS400Z in India and this is not some cosmetic update but a mechanical update. The biggest Pulsar offered by the company has become more powerful along with better handling. However, the updates come with a justified price hike. The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z launched at Rs 1.92 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is Rs 7000 more than the older generation.

What upgrades does the Pulsar NS400Z get?

The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z generates 43hp which is 3hp more than the outgoing model. The same 373cc engine has been tweaked to generates more power while taking the redline up to 10,700rpm. However, the peak torque of the engine remains same at 35Nm.

Bajaj has also changed the tyres on the bike. The NS400Z now gets Apollo Alpha H1 radial tyres- 110/70-ZR17 (front) and 150/60-ZR17 (rear). Similarly, the Pulsar NS400Z gets sintered front brake pads and they replace organic brake pads present on the previous model.

There are four riding modes- Road, Sport, Off-road and Rain. There is a bidirectional quickshifter in the bike and it can be accessed in the Sport mode. This updates offer more performance to the bike.

Other key specifications include 12-litre fuel tank, seat height of 805mm and 174kg weight. The ground clearance is 165mm.

Despite the price hike, the Pulsar NS400Z retains its VFM tag. It has become better with a price hike of Rs 7000. Colour options are white, red, grey and black.

Bajaj Dominar update

Bajaj Auto has launched 2025 version of Dominar 400 and Dominar 250 in India and both the bikes get some decent updates. Post the update, the Dominar 400 costs Rs 2, 38,682 while the Dominar 250 costs Rs 1,91,654. Both the prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
