On which Additional Superintendent of Police Rural Rathore, Additional Superintendent of Police Crime Sandeep Mittal, City Superintendent of Police Mana Lambodar Patel and Deputy Superintendent of Police Crime Sanjay Singh directed the in-charge Anti Crime and Cyber Unit and Police Station in-charge Mandir Hasaud to verify the information and catch the ganja smugglers red handed with ganja, that under the direction of senior officers, a joint team of Anti Crime and Cyber Unit and Police Station Mandir Hasaud Police set up a blockade point on the main road in front of Police Station Mandir Hasaud to catch the ganja smugglers. chhattisgarh

There were 02 persons including a woman in the vehicle, who on interrogation told their names to be Satish Agarwal and Kumari Kameshwari Goswami resident of Kabir Nagar Raipur. On searching their vehicle by the team members, ganja was found kept in different packets in the vehicle.
On which the team members arrested both the accused and seized from their possession a total of 50 kg 300 grams of ganja kept in 50 different packets and Swift Dzire car number CG/04/PB/4532 used in transporting ganja, total worth about Rs. 15,50,000/- (fifteen lakh fifty thousand rupees). On interrogation, the accused told that the ganja was brought from Odisha. Action was taken by registering a crime number 566/24 under section 20B of Narcotics Act against the accused in police station Mandir Hasaud.
