2 policemen suspended for attack on BJP leader in Ghaziabad
Ghaziabad (IANS) | The DCP has suspended two policemen in the fight with BJP leader Rizwan Khan Mir in Ghaziabad. This action has been taken against Shalimar Garden outpost incharge Yogesh Kumar and chief constable Shahid Khan. It is alleged that both the policemen remained mute spectators and the public kept beating the BJP leader. The BJP leader himself reached the police jeep and requested to save him from the crowd.
On late Sunday evening at Bharat Mata Chowk in Shalimar Garden police station area, men and women attacked State Executive Member of BJP Minority Morcha, Rizwan Khan Mir. They were chased and beaten on the road. Torn the kurta. His head was blown off in the attack. They bled to death. A video related to this fight has surfaced. In this, a police jeep is parked at the spot. The jeep’s hooter rang, but no policeman got down. Bleeding BJP leaders are repeatedly saying whether there is any savior or not. At last, Rizwan himself reaches the police jeep running away. Even then the policemen sitting in the jeep do not get down. After this, Rizwan sits inside the Innova car to save his life.
On the complaint of Rizwan Khan Mir, the police have registered a case against several people including Abdul Sabir of the other side. In this case, Sabir, Qadir, Adil and Akil have been arrested and sent to jail on Monday. Sections of assault, assault, rioting have been imposed on all of them. Police is trying to identify the rest of the accused on the basis of the video.
