2 miscreants arrested for firing in Halwai Line

Some anti-social elements had fired in the air with pistols in Matka Line located in Golbazar under Golbazar police station area. On which a crime number 28/25 section 25, 27 Arms Act has been registered against the accused in Golbazar police station. Taking the incident seriously, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mr. Lal Umed Singh, directed to arrest the accused as soon as possible. On which, under the guidance of senior officers, 10 different teams of Anti Crime and Cyber ​​Unit including Kotwali Subdivision were formed.

On the basis of CCTV footage, the accused were identified as Taifuddin alias Tappu and Mohd. Kaleem. On which the team members cordoned off the incident site and the surrounding areas and conducted continuous raids at all the possible hiding places of the accused and arrested the accused Taifuddin alias Tappu and Mohd. Kaleem involved in the case and seized 01 pistol used in the incident from their possession and took action against the accused.
